About Us

My name is Sameer Khan, and I started Apni Fitness Classes for one simple reason — I saw too many people working hard in the gym and getting nothing back for it. Not because they lacked effort or discipline. Because they lacked the right direction.

Over the past 5 years, I've trained people from all walks of life — beginners who were scared to even enter a gym, working professionals with barely 45 minutes a day, and dedicated fitness enthusiasts who had plateaued for months. The pattern was always the same: complicated advice, conflicting information, and plans built for someone else's life — not yours.

"Fitness isn't complicated. But it does require the right knowledge, applied to the right person, at the right time. That's what I built Apni Fitness Classes to deliver."

I completed my certification in Fitness Coaching and Nutrition from K11 Fitness Academy — one of India's most respected fitness institutions. This means every plan, every guide, and every piece of advice I give is backed by both classroom knowledge and real-world experience of 5+ years on the ground.
